26 and hair loss accelerating

I'm 26 years old and have been slowly long my hair , however in the last 6 months it has accelerated rapidly and I feel it's now time to explore options for hair transplants.

I work in the travel industry so I am able to easily travel abroad for this treatment if it's a lot cheaper , however I am swaying towards staying in the UK for it , unless it is a lot cheaper and get the same result .

So I wondered if anyone had any recommendations for clinics and approximate prices for the treatment as the Internet doesn't have a clear structure for prices when I have had a look around. Also following the treatment , do you need to take medication for a long time .
