    Minoxidil/Finesteride

    Hi, all.

I'm brand new here and wanted to share the progress I've made after 7 months of Rogaine and Finesteride. I'm pretty stoked with my results thus far, and have good reason to hope that the progress is still underway. Right is before, left is after. What are your experiences?

About me: I'm 23, recent graduate, aerospace engineer, short guy, confident nonetheless. Happy to spend $20/mo for results like this.

yeah man, you look a bit more receded than I was at 23, but you're results are similar to mine now. I think you're on the right track. I'd just stay with the routine like flossing. It's not a big deal. I actually grew back a full head of hair for awhile and grew it out, but what I have now is more realistic for the years, give or take a few shedding re growth phases that just happen. I'm happy with my results. And trust me, when you're in 40's way more important things come along than your hair....but it's nice to have! Cheers. Keep it up!

Thanks! I agree, it's a pretty painless routine. I've just built it into habit. So did you start a few years ago? What was the progression over time like? Being only 7 months in, I'm not sure what to expect going forward. I'm also not sure if my age is a factor or not.

That's great. I've been using minoxidil since November, I'll post whatever improvement I've seen over the past two months on New Year's day.

great progress; is the minoxidil applied to the transplanted area, old native hair or both?

Power to ya. I recommend finesteride in conjunction like I've been doing. I can't say whether one or the other has done more for me, but I think they're likely complementary. It's pretty cheap, and I've had basically zero side effects, so it's essentially a 'no-brainer.'

Best of luck, positive vibes to you, sir.
