23 yo Should I start Minoxidil?

Hello everyone, I am 23, I have been loosing my hair for a couple of years. First noticed properly when I was 21 and freaked out, completely had one. After a while and visiting doctors who said they couldn't do anything. I got on propecia about 2 years ago.

I have somewhat maintained my hair, with up and down days. But it has still been progressing in the wrong direction. My temples bother me most as they continue to receed.

Should I start using minoxidil foam? Is it worth it? Will it help the front? (the liquid is too much mess to make a routine out of)

I am looking to maintain and thicken. Thoughts, suggestions & experiences most welcome. Thanks

A lot of guys say Rogaine destroyed their temples. Some say it saved them. If you do decide to go with Rogaine, realize you're going to shed and stick with it once you start.

I'm glad I started rogaine. It's worked really well on my crown. I think it improved my front but it's only minor. My temples still look receded. The liquid is fine for me, not messy at all. I didn't get a shed from it either.

Regaine or minoxidil does work I have seen results the past 4 years, but it won't work alone! Eventually your results will fade away because of DHT. You need to add the big 3 in order to maintain results etc.

        1. Finesteride
        2. Minoxidil
        3. Ketoconozole I prefer Regnepure DR and NT.

Agree with the above, a combination of minoxidil, fin and a hair loss shampoo. Also try take biotin if you aren't already for hair strength.
