Hello there.
I'm a twenty year old university student who has some nasty anxiety flares. Recently, I've become obsessive about checking my hairline - and not lightly either - and have become terrified that I'm receeding/thinning at the front. I already have issues with my skin - keratosis and acne - and hair loss added on top makes me panic. In terms of family history, my dad has started thinning on the crown at 51 years old. My uncle (his brother) has no hair loss. My grandfather on my mother's side had no hair loss and he died in his mid 70s with a full head of hair. My hairdresser - who I've had all my life - tells me that my hairline is fine and that I have nothing to worry about, and the hair restoration clinic in town also told me there was nothing to worry about after checking me with the microscope. But I'm still terrified. It eats away at me everyday and has gotten worse since I've started another year at university. My crown seems to be fine, aside from a cowlick I've had all my life.
Please look over my photos and let me know if, yes, I should in fact be worried, or if I'm being completely stupid. If I'm being stupid, have no fear in being mean. It's probably for the best. Also, can you tell me my norwood?
Thank you so, so much.
