    losing some ground

Hi Everyone!! My name is Ivan and just wanted to mention that a few years ago I had a great transpant by Dr. Feller. However, I guess because I suddenly stopped using proscar after the surgery (it's been 5 years or so), I lost lots of the remaining hair that I had around the transplanted hair..should I go back on proscar or should I schedule another procedure?

Hey Ivango! Great to see you mate - how are the twins? Mine are finally sleeping! You still training like crazy?

Mate - sorry to hear you have lost ground since stopping the meds. Personally i would get back on the meds and try to salvage the hair that is miniturizing. Stay on then and see how you go prior to going in for another surgery as you may find if you have caught it early enough you could avoid surgery all together.

Why did you stop the meds in the first place mate?

You should schedule a consult with Dr Feller also and allow him to give you his opinion in person mate

      Spex,
nice to hear from you!! my twins are doing great thanks for asking! I am still training not like crazy though, hard with twins and stuff. I stopped taking the proscar because it caused my testosterone levels to drop significantly since drugs of the finasteride family all inhibit testosterone. I was taking it for many years though, so perhaps a holiday from it may be ok. I tried emailing Dr. Feller through the website, but i never got a response. maybe he never got it? Can you find out if he ever got my email for a consult? Thanks Spex it is great communicating with you again.

I agree with spex. If you weren't having side effects consider restarting propecia, and give Dr. F an update too.

I would recommend calling the office and setting up a consult in person with him mate - he would love to see you. Emails often do not get through so more than likely if you didn't get a reply.

Glad to hear the twins are well - another world hey!

Call the offie bud and next time i'm in NYC be great to see you for a beer again!
