I had the keratin straightening treatment done a year ago. My hair instantly turned from a thick mane to thin translucent hairs. My hair is diffusing all over. I went to the dermatogist who said I have telogen effluvium and my blood work came back fine. The dermatologist only looked at my scalp for 2 minutes, said it looked fine and then diagnosed it with the TE. My scalp hurts periodically and its a year later. The hair fall has not stopped and I do not see any re-growth. My hair falls when combing and drying (no tension and air only) I do not know what to do..
