Low T, idk what to do about my hair now.

23 and I have low total T. Gonna get a test for free levels when I visit a specialist.

    Total test: 265
    Range: [300-1000]

Idk what to do. If I get on medicine to boost my T and improve my quality of life, I'll speed up my hair loss.

T is more important than hair IMO.

Sufficient sleep, daily lifting, good nutrition, and AMBITION have all made me feel like the man. IDK what my T levels are, but I remember at baseline they were slightly past the middle of Normal.

I challenge you to go to bed early, run in the morning, make a big breakfast, dominate school/work/whatever, lift weights, hang with the homies, repeat. And most importantly, remove STRESS; shit messes with everything.

This is really all you can do Prestige. Messing with your hormones is already a gamble, but with your T being low, you will be playing with fire if you decide to take fin or dut.

I got tested 2x. First by my GP. She found my t was 250 and sent me to a specialist . His test showed 308 and he put me on T. Yes for the first few months my mpb really did speed up- a lot. If you look at all the warning labels they say this is normal and expected. After a few months it slowed down and I recovered somewhat. At the time I was only using minox. I could tell it was slowly getting worse so went on a low dose of propecia a few months back. I can already see it working up front, not sure about crown yet. New tiny hair at front center of where my hairline used to be. Also on sides..where hair was still growing but was miniaturizing is now getting longer and darker. I was never able to get that kind of results with minox.

I was worried about mixing t and propecia but read others did it with no problems. So far so good. So you do have a choice if you want to do something about it.
