New Member. advice, tips, help please??

I'm Jeff. I'm 26 and started losing hair around the age of 22 or so. I had long hair then and just brushed it off. I cut my hair shorter a little over a year ago and then the hair loss seemed to accelerate. I started using Bosley shampoo. Which doesn't work. (does anybody have any luck with Bosley?) I took Propecia 1 mg for awhile then quit because I kept reading on the internet it causes ED and thought I would rather be bald then have ED. I started back up again and i also use Rogaine 5% foam. I was a pretty confident guy until a year ago. Gain a couple pounds and lose some hair and it really shoots your self esteem right in the foot. I read so much on the internet and have absolutely no idea what to believe works and doesn't work. I stumbled across this forum and here I am. I'm balding on the crown of my head and around the temples andd would rate myelf on the Norwood Scale (which i never knew of till now) a 3V or 4. Is there any shampoo that would help with Propecia and Rogaine? vitamins? fitness? Just looking for some answers or advice. I sometimes consider hair transplants but don't know if thats extreme or even works or if i'm a candidate. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome dude. All I can say is for now, stick with your regimen, and give it time to work. Wait at least a year before you judge their effectiveness. Some will say wait even longer. You are using the same proven treatments that many of us here are also using. The only thing missing is keto shampoo. Nizoral(~$15) or Regenepure(~$25) are the two that I use.

Just have patience(easier said than done) and be consistent with your treatments.

Thanks for the response. Do you alternate between the 2 shampoos' or what's the best way to use them?

shampoos will get u no where bro. Just make sure it promotes scalp health, isn't containing harful chemicals etc..dont wash ur hair to much, condition more if u have to. Nizoral once or twice weekly is legit tho
