Perhaps beginning to meditate and practice mindfulness might help to reduce any stress you might be creating by worrying about your hair (and other things). Stress hormones over a long period of time are not good for hair (or the rest of the body). Stress hormones can be naturally balanced out with: relaxation, smiling, laughing and having a good time, crying, meditation, sleeping well, and eating well.

I think your hair looks great BTW. Best of luck with it all.
Thank you on that compliment! and heres a list of things i've changed up in my life recently:
*going to the gym 5-6 times a week, with natural supplements that dont seem to claim to mess with testostorne
*i take fish oil and b-50 complex everyday
*and im on a muscle bulking diet which involves alot of egg, fruits and veggie eating so thats good
*im also using an all natural oil, no sulfate shampoo!
considering there arnt many options for treatments at my age, i think im doing a pretty good job

        What he said.

There's dudes twice your age on this site that don't make those basic decisions to boost their quality of life. I don't even get it.
