I just took a quick look just now so there may be others, but numbers 1, 4 and 22 sure look thin to me. And it might be no big deal since this was just taken shortly after the procedure, it's possible that once everything in matured in a matter of months it will be fine...but all these pictures are merely counting the hair and we have to be concerned about the quality of individual hairs as well when you're damaging the hair follicle as this procedure does do.

Oh, you're right I forgot about that post. Regarding having the picture in this very thread as you say, this thread has over 200 posts and it's very possible I haven't read the whole thing in entirety. If you could point me in the direction of them I'd be happy to take a look and give my thoughts.
The before photo is actually labelled the 9 months pic by JJJJrS.
Its also labelled way back early in the thread at -1 day by Iron Man. If i'm not mistaken this is the exact same photo.
As for smaller looking hairs, again I could be wrong, but the quality of the pics, (before pic) is slightly less than the after pic. You can tell this from the unextracted hairs too, they also seem maybe 10% thinner. So I think it's more a photo issue. In fact because of this the hairs in the AFTER pic look fatter than the before pic.Comment

No offense, but think you've confused things. The hairs 1, 4 and 22 in the before pic look thinner than the day 15 pic. The day 15 pic is the 3rd HST pic vs the 9 month pic (the 2nd HST). So actually it would seem the hairs have got fatterbut its more to do with the lighting. I'm sure the hairs don't get thicker after extraction, be good if they did
Are these the two pics your looking at?Comment

Yes I think you're right, I interpreted things differently than what was probably intended. I was looking at the hair sprouting up after the procedure and the ones I pointed out looked thinner in all the pictures. I wasn't comparing the thickness of hairs in one picture versus the other picture, is that what you mean?Comment

I think your previous point is valid that any new hairs will mature.
To be 100% sure it's best to just look through all the photos to look for any thinning in the hairs, I have obviously checked myself for this and can't see any evidence of it.
There are so many photos now it's difficult to get them into a decent sequence, which can create confusion for people who are not familar with my case from the start.
If you google gc83uk in google images you get a shit load of pics in a snap shot for anyone interested.Comment

Ah ok, yes thought you were comparing photos A vs Photo B, rather than the emerging hairs vs the surrounding non extracted hairs.

When I make posts cautioning for more documentation, I don't mean that to be a dig on what people have posted so far. Just that I've seen posts where a member comes on here and asks a question and gets responses like "you have absolutely no option but to immediately go to Dr. Gho" and I think that is a slippery slope when people talk about the procedure in such terms.Comment

BEFORE extractions (12 hours BEFORE his 3rd treatment)
2 days after extractions
8 days after extractions
... feel free to mark or to encircle 50 or 100 extraction sites of your choice in the Day-2 after photo ...
... and compare and mark thereafter your marked extraction sites with the BEFORE photos and Day-8 photo.
What's the problem? Too stupid for doing this as just described??
Oh, and don't forget to post your VISIBLE results. Thanks in advance.Comment

Here is another example ...
I got my procedure in Amsterdam 05/15/12. Just 50 days ago. Sorry for my poor english, but i will try to show you what i think about the procedure and some questions i have done to the clinic. * My procedure was done by Freek Broekhuijse, the 2nd Dr than Gho. Dr Gho was in Maastrich, they have 2 or 3 procedures per day in
The guy (damielmillo) posted lots of really EXCELLENT photos. Interestingly, just a few guys discussed his photos in his thread....
With damielmillo's photos, you can do exactly the same as JJ and I did with gc's photos.
Sorry, I can't document tons of photos and 1000s extraction sites - for losers, who can't even find 1 photo.Comment

Guys you really have to do the research and read through the posts because all of these photos have been posted.

I take it your familiar with Sneijder having HST?
People like Joling too.
The photos on Hasci's site aren't his best cases, they have been on the site for years. It seems he prefers to show extreme cases or minimum expectation results after 1 procedure. There are a few reasons for this, people don't give permission to use the photos, or they have only had 1 or 2 procedures which amounts to around 3000 grafts, they are not going to give you wow results with that number of grafts.
There is also a number of people on this forum, at least 10 people including myself who have undergone HST since late 2011 and continue to document their stories. This was 18 months ago, so I'm sure over the coming 18 months there will be some very good BEFORE and AFTER results.Comment

Simple maths can answer this. Assuming my original bald area is 100cm2 exlcuding my hairline area which I may thicken up on my last procedure...
100cm2 attempting to get 50 grafts per cm2, so 5000 grafts.
I should be upto 4600 by late this year. Anything else after that is a bonus.Comment
