Thanks Ironman.
Can you please post those same photos again but from a bit further away so we can see more. Don't need to see more of your face but more on top would be great.
Also it'd be great if you added another before anything pic in the same thread for easy click through.

Hair combed forward
Hair combed backward
I estimate that around 10-30% grew since day 1. I know this, for example, because there is a small white scar in the widows-peak area (clearly visible in the 2nd photo) and interestingly, in this scar grew some hairs since day 1 - where there were no hairs in this scar before.
Anyway, the remaining implants should be visible in 2-3 month or so.Leave a comment:

1600. It's hard to guess how many have regrown by now. 5 months is still very early. In my photo's I could see the first signs of regrowth after 2 months, but I was also still shedding. It seems my 3 month mark was the moment when I had the least amount of hair. As you can see regrowth is kicking in nicely now and I'm expecting good things to happen in the months to comeLeave a comment:

I think even HASCI try to avoid transplanting grafts between existing hair, no ?Leave a comment:

so Arashi, I think we have the same type of hairloss
do you think that the smartest is to bridge it and wait for better things to come without doing to much costy HST in between?
I am clearly hesitating...wether it's better to push it with HST like Gerard Joling for example (bij voorbeeld ;-) ik spreek een beetje nederlands als ik in Belgie woon.
or is it better to extend a maximum between two sessions so that it leaves time for a cutting edge thing or even for Dr Gho to propose better in between.
Example: we are in 2013 and will enjoy the final result of first HST in mid 2013...should we run for a second one by the end of this year? or try to do 2013and 2014 with our first HST and see what's happening in the hair multiplication field???
Or should we push it and do the maximum HST our thinning situation allows, example 2 or 3 HST in two years, and then wait a good 5 years?
I do see good reasons for not going TOO often in the next few years, you and others outlined them in this topic. To me the most important is that we MIGHT have other/better options in the (not TOO far away) future, maybe from HASCI, maybe from others, so as long as you're happy with your hair, I think overdoing it is not wise.Leave a comment:

I think this also has to do with mirrors and lighting. in some mirrors my hair looks really good and i feel there is no need for any more treatments,, same day on other mirrors my hair looks thin as ****Leave a comment:

no, if there is no regeneration, I don't buy it!!!
I jumped for Gho because of the 80-85% regenerartion they seem to be sure about and their studies showing even more regeneration on 5 patients (but few grafts).
Now, the price and knowing that even a donor might have plenty of MBP hairs in it, I reconsider the strategy...
Rushing and give thousands and thousands of money for a slow reversing that might end up in a new hairloss in 15 years, I'm not sure... I mean, at the cost it is right now...
So, I might oblige myself to be more patient, even if I found Gho staff very professionnal, and the procedure absolutely not painfull.
I'm wondering if Nigam will not accelerate things!!!!
Anyway, I'm almost 7 months post op, another 2 or 4 months to see the final result... I hope I can enjoy it for a year or two without worrying to much, and then see what's new in the field... (the paradox is that saying that, I'm still torturing myself with the possibility to add an extra 1800 grafts with a second session, making the front fuller and starting a bit in the crown)Leave a comment:
