I have a borderline small bald spot in the donor zone right on the edge or a bit below.

Maradona how do you know that you have DUPA? It's normal for donor hair to thin as you age, doesn't mean that it's DUPA though.

It means your donor zone is minituarizating too. So no HM or Gho for me.
