I want to pull apart what nigam's method is premised on...
Basically.. he takes a 3 hair fue and chops it down into a bunch of pieces, say 6 pieces, and each piece can be implanted like a typical HT graft.
This is my understanding.... so.... the question is....
is making the cut like that possible? Is there enough of the necessary cells to make more than 3 hairs? obviously there isn't to begin with, but during the healing of each piece, it forms the half it's missing.
Im rambling and incoherent. Does anybody know the anatomy of a follicular unit enough to comment on whether this is probable or not?
