going bald
I heard a joke somewhere..........Going bald is like God telling you "Now try and get laid".
With that said I am NW4, approaching NW5, but I buzz down so don't look so bad, also been told I have a nice face which probably helps. With that all said, when I had hair, getting girls was easy, they just came up to me. Now they don't really any more, I have to go after them, but I find that I get higher quality girls now, because since I have been forced to be the aggressor, I only get what I go after instead of what comes easily to me.
Going bald definitely makes things tougher, but you can certainly get with attractive women. Also I've found that some of the really good looking girls I have been with that didn't care at all about hair, had bald dads! To them it was a non-issue because they grew up with a bald role model.

You feel like? Dude, its guaranteed that they do. Women, like men, are shallow skanks. It's human nature. Its bullshit, but nothings going to change that.Leave a comment:

A delightful NW6 which sucks complete squirrels nutsacks.
If this hadn't happend to me, I would be with at least a reasonable looking girl right now, probably married....
But instead I feel like women would reject me cos of my hair....

Whether this happens or not I don't know, my feelings about different hair restoration methods changes regularly because there are a lot of negatives to all of them.
Whether Dr Nigam's doubling works.....hmmmm, I can only hope but I am very skeptical about it.Leave a comment:

Thats the sad part about hst is the per procedure graft limitations. If they could do like at least 2.5k average would have been a whole different game. 2 operations and you would have 5k grafts which is not bad at all. at this moment for 6k grafts you need 4 operations. Thats at least 3 years, if you are a nw 1-3 ok its not a problem. However if your nw 4-6 then its a long journey!Leave a comment:

if you are NW6 then receiving 1400 hst grafts is like drop in the ocean,
it will take many years n you gonna need TONS of grafts especially 1 and 2 hair grafts, type HST gives you.
id wait for Pilofocus or dr nigams doubling,Leave a comment:

I have had another response from Deborah...
She says that the most they have done in a day is just over 3000 grafts, I'll take her word for it, although when they say average is 1200-1400 so I don't know what happend differently that day they did 3000+.
Anyway the annoying thing about this is that virtually no1 will be getting grafts for the £2.25 price, even if they do get over 1800 grafts, they probably won't get much more and won't reep much reward for doing so.
It sucks that we can't take advantage of the lower price to counter balance the high cost of the first 1800, so it is going to be bloody expensive.
I am in the process of getting a face to face consultation next month.....whether I go ahead with anything I have no idea. I am not particularly set on anything yet. I am also considering SMP, although I am not keen on it, but will research further.Leave a comment:

There was somebody on this forum that had 1800. Can't remember who.
I agree with everything you've said there, seems very unlikely that 3000 grafts is possible unless they had a huge team working on your head, with great donor and large head.
I suspect they are more equipped to do bigger procedures in the Netherlands rather than London. They only bring over 2 tech and 1 Dr: Gho/Deborah. They also arrive Monday morning around 9/10am direct from Holland, so half the morning is lost! And leave to go back on Tuesday evening, so no late night sessions.
Sometimes they do Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in London, so obviously Tuesday would be the optimal day to maximise the time available to get bigger sessions.
They don't tell you all this of course, but it makes sense Tuesday would be a better option for London or just go to Maastricht or Amsterdam.
I reckon you could cut a deal with them and ask them to do a procedure over 2 days. This is how I do it. I have a rare skin condition so I only have 700 grafts per day, 2 days 1400.... (I have negotiated a slight reduction in light of this). See what she comes back with on her next email and go from there!
I did ask about both about London and Holland to see which clinics had the quickest available slot.
I did not realise they are based in Holland and travel to London, I thought they were 3 independently run clinics, part of a chain if you like.Leave a comment:

I got a reply from Deborah at HASCI....
In response to the queries I had on the whole 3000 graft mystery was....
To the amount they can extract per day:
"An average amount of grafts is between 1200 and 1400 if your donor is healthy. Sometimes we are able to extract more grafts (1400-1600)."
So there website has false information on it, they struggle to even do 1600 grafts a day.......that is 1400 off the 3000 they state they can do!!!! True they may have done 3000 grafts before but who knows, if they did the person probably had a truly massive head or they were working fast that day.
Also the price is supposed to get much cheaper once you have had 1800 grafts but how can you take advantage of the lower price when they only do up to 1600 grafts a day PLUS Deborah has also said:
"The price for that treatment is 8.700 euro. If you need or want a second treatment, The price will be 8.700 euro again."
So basically once one treatment is up (a days work) the whole pricing structure resets, so there is basically ZERO CHANCE of ever getting grafts for the £2.25 they offer.
This is pretty clear to me, but I have asked her to clarify this. So I will wait for a reply to see if it is possible, somehow, to attain grafts for £2.25.

yes, it is ridiculously expensive and misleading. Still, don't get me wrong I am still interested in getting something done but being a NW6 and only being able to get 50cm2 coverage a year sucks balls....
May have to consider getting a hairline done at Gho and then SMP the rest, although I am not keen on SMP.
My maths is ridiculously poor but I think a square foot of hair from Dr Gho costs £161,646. Compare that to a property in Mayfair, London which is £2,500 per square foot. You could get 64 square foot of property in one of the richest parts of London for a square foot of Gho hair.
64sq feet is more than what a homeless bum has.Leave a comment:
