But if there is someone who has done what is quoted here why haven't we seen before and after shots? This would essentially be something close to a full restoration and more or less prove HST's claims. I would expect this result to be plastered everywhere, sooooo where is the proof to back up this claim?

11500 hst grafts equals 7000 FUE/FUT grafts , number of hairs is more important than number of grafts, H&W does it all the time, 7000 grafts is nowhere near enough to give high NW full head of hair, illusion at best

even if this '11500' case is true its not impressive at all and that's the best case they got after 8 years of doubling

I was not clear enough: she said that she does not want to see me change. Parents are for children THE reference, so they better stay invariable for as long as possible. I will not forget either the comments she made even months after I changed my old eyeglasses. Yes, it took her months to accept even such a simple thing. I observe generally that changes on me can alarm her.

Older generations getting upset about hairloss puts it into perspective how horrendous it is for people in their teens and 20's who have to deal with this shit.
I have not really any intention to get a HT, I was just fooling around with them by curiosity to see what is their position in this. What a HT can anyway do to NW7 head? Nothing, except for ruining the natural slick look if something goes not that well. But as I said in the other thread, I want my hair back for its primitive and most important role, that is protection.

    Yeah, I don't get it.

I'd never start a convo with a girl in that manner, if I did my balls would be crushed. As a normal polite human being I would not even fathom doing that so why would anyone else.

She did look like she was in her early 30's and she probably hadn't had any action in a while.....realised she wasn't particularly attractive and like you say, tried to lower my self esteem to try to say I was in her 5th division league, not the Premier League.

I don't really know what the **** her game was. It has just really got to me.

I went out to town last night. A girl started a conversation with me and my mates, she basically in the bluntest of ways said I was not good looking enough for another bar in town which I said I went to earlier in the night......yes, I should have shafted a sharp object up her vagina at that point!!!!!! she did not say it in a nasty tone, but she said it, she pretty much said she wasn't good enough for that pub as well......and to be honest she wasn't attractive but I wasn't an asshole like her and did not say that to her.....weirdly I think she was coming onto me as she was asking me to come to a bar where she worked and got a bit flirty.....stupid bitch, abusing me then cracking onto me, I dunno what the **** she was playing at.....

Whereas in the past, when I had hair, I had attractive girls come up to me.......now I am very bald........an ugly girl straight out gives me shit cos I'm bald...

It is a complete 360 degree turn from where I was when I had hair...

THERE IS A MASSIVE DIFFERENCE IN HOW PEOPLE PERCEIVE YOU AS A BALD MAN.

dr Mwamba/Cole should look into this asap
when i say share i mean share the info result and dialog with people.
sharing the tecnique is very difficult in this world of moneycentrisism.
for me at the moment he has the best approach.
sharing the result ,be constantly answering the community is good enough for me. is respectful and he is asking respect to other doctors , still imho

we have so many options coming and we will find something quicker ONLY if the doctors start to put away their MONEYCENTRISM (or proud or whatever) like Nigam is doing .

anyway i repeat the most important thing is to be UNITE and SHARING .
all the bad comments from users go against the final goal.

    we can do it.

im not surprised so many guys go crazy about losing hair and end up spending so much money on HTs and other fixes

It takes a massive chunk out of me. You can tell what people think about you as blokes take the piss all the time. Hairloss makes a massive difference to how someone looks. When I had hair I used to be told I looked like Elijah Wood who is not a bad looking guy.....now I get told I look like Moby.

I mean, who the **** wants to go out with Moby.

Well, my wife also was negative, for her own reasons.

Incredible in my mind but true, and in line with the theory of the bald role model. I guess this makes a big part of how this curse survived in our days.

I am not aiming for density, ideally I am looking for a receded temple look, with thinning, a typical balding shaved down look similar to Wesley Sneijder and Freddie Lunjberg, see photos below.

Basically avoiding the slaphead look and giving me some sort of framing to my face. I still have a little hair on top but not much. I currently keep at buzzed.

Wesley Sneijder: This buzzed to a grade 1 and the more bald areas covered in SMP would look good.

    Freddie Lunjberg:

RIGHT.....what can I achieve with these first 1400 grafts with GHO........look at these images below (I AM REFERRING TO THE TOP TWO IMAGES).....draw an imaginary line from receded temple to receded temple, I think I could achieve that frontal section at that density, maybe a bit more...feathered back....getting thinner as it goes back to blend into the rest of my thinning scalp and then I'll get SMP at a similar density into the rest of the scalp. I still have some hair to give texture to the crown and will possibly go for a 1400 graft spattering in future.

Why is this a great idea for me:

FUT is out of the question for me, FUE is too expensive and I am not a good candidate, repeated Gho treatments is expensive and would take years, SMP alone IMO does not look realistic enough, especially hairlines.

A mixture of FUE and SMP IMO would work as I still think you need the 3D texture hair gives but I think the SMP would need to be put in sparsely so not to heavily outweigh the hair. The majority of the transplanted hair should be placed in the hairline as this frames your look, and is the point where people look at you, whereas the top of the head is not so important as people are not looking at the top of your head unless you are sitting down. Although I think with a spattering of hair mixed in with SMP the crown will look fine.

I think this is now my plan..........what concerns me the most is that the gho clinic may not like my idea.
