Here is a good plan IMO.
Week 1: 0.25 mg 3x
Week 2: 0.25 mg 4x (this is the phase you should continue for a while as DHT is suppressed for a little more than one day)
Week 3: 0.25 mg 4x
Week 4: 0.25 mg 4x
Week 5: 0.25 mg 5x
Week 6: 0.25 mg 6x
Week 7: 0.25 mg 7x
Week 8: 0.25 mg 7x
At the end of two months, you're reducing DHT reasonably, and still taking it every day. If at any time you feel sides,, you can move to a lower level. 0.2 mg is the minimum effective dosage, but since its hard to cut into 5 pieces, I'll suggest 1/4s. But if you can cut into 5 pieces, go for it, but some of it is lost in crushing etc.
I still think you are all paranoid.
