Your hairline looks better now (of course) and it seems your balding speed isn't that bad ... At least you should be able to bridge the next 6 years with 1 or 2 HST's (or hopefully something better).

Yes exactly, I was a bit frustrated this morning with some comments, of course, people here don't know me, so hard to say...

My balding is very slow, Mwamba had a theory about it, saying that there are two pics in men balding, the twenties and the fifties... if you keep a fair amount of hair in your thirties, they might stay over your fourties as well, thinning very slowly..and then, fifty, you fall again in a pic...

whatever, my point was... what should be the next move?... I was really ready for this autumn... but all this controversial atmosphere on Gho and HST and yield and donor regeneration stopped me...

Nigam is interesting, he would be the craziest guy on earth to spend so much time online, replying to technical questions, prospecting, name dropping... and all this for crap?
on the other hand, he used photoshop pics earlier, it killed a bit of credibility (I mean, a lot)...

For sure, I'm not married to HASCI. In fact, I really hate the way they communicate, we still don't know nothing about the 50 graft tests, they're not answering questions and where are the photo's of people who got more than 5k grafts ?

At this moment I feel our best bet is Dr Nigams. Maybe it's all going to be one big disappointment, but man ... if he can realize what he claims he can do .. 100% regrowth, 4000-5000 grafts in 1 session ... It does sound WAY too good to be true, but again, I keep thinking, if he's not extremely confident about his claims, then why is he making them and why is he documenting Tom's case ? We'll know in a few months and after that, we can make a better decision about our next step.

but it's a ****ing treadmill, neverending shit...

I have the impression that the wiser would be to hold on and wait a bit to see what's next as improvement in this very field... and like you, on the other hand, I can't wait for adding more and more hairs...
But shit, we need HM or big HST, waiting 9 months to see tiny improvements while hairs keep falling, it's depressing...

At this moment I feel our best bet is Dr Nigams. I'm looking for the closest to a cure, no minox of fina, no FUE, something that will preserve a maximum my donor for HM if it comes one day.

I was very enthusiast about HST, because of the rate of regeneration, because of the Gerard Joling story etc etc...

80-85% is claimed, and that was the argument who made me fall for it.
I monitored everything since years, and waited for something like that...
That's why, now, the rumors about 3 max before starting to deplet, or the fact that we can not know how far we can go (I really think that we need 30.000 hairs on top minimum to start being a bit happy and free... 50.000 would be the ideal, like an almost total restoration).

And I was confident, because, 50 grafts/cm2 is HST, HSI makes the density higher...

so, with all this, I was really just thinking about the calendar, nothing else, and the strategy of restoration was my only worry...HL? mid scalp? vertex?
But I really counted on a revolutionnary amount of potential grafts, just trough a mathematical reasonning....

Today, I'm upset, because I realise, you need at least 8000 grafts to have an honest coverage... and far beyond this, to fee really good and happy with your hair.

going for expensive successive procedures, just to be able to shave zero and have the shadow thing on your scalp is ridiculous, you don't pay 30.000 euros to have a shaved zero head, I'm sorry, the depressing part of hair loss is that it makes you prisoner of this very look, shaved head, no fun, no changes, no frame... sad egg future, lol

I know, it's depressing, when we all thought/hoped that HASCI was really a cure and now it seems it's far from that. But don't give up man. Let's see what Nigams can do. I must say I'm still highly skeptical but I keep thinking, if he wasn't sure about his results, why would he even raise his own bar like this, stating that he's expecting 100% regrowth ?
