Do most of the recipient follicles regenerate?
And can anyone confirm close to 80% of donor follicles regenerate?
Follow the 50 grafts test thread, that will hopefully yield all answers including this one. The pro photographer who shot all pictures went on a holiday right after, hopefully he'll be returning some point next week and we can get the first pictures. Of course for recipient analysis we'll have to wait quite some time as final results only are to be expected after 1 year (or even 1.5 year).
Gho released some papers, maybe there's some info there as well. Or you could always mail them and ask.
I am at 8 months and one week, it means that I still did not reach the optimal result? the average final result is 12 months post op? not 9? and sometimes even 18?
I really thought it was 9

I don't have really any data to back this claim up, but from what I have read my impression is that one year is more or less the mark. After 9 months most of the hair has started to grow but final mature hair will be seen after 12 months at least. This applies to FUE; perhaps to HST also.
I might be influenced by the fact that hasci check you at one month, four months and finally nine months post op... but one year makes sense...
I see clearly a difference between 4 months and 8 months...if I can be even more dense, that's pretty good news... will post comparison pics later.
Nice, we have one thread titled "(Gho/)Donor Regeneration", and then somebody created a thread with the title "Recipient area regeneration". Both threads discuss donor regeneration (ya know, instead of this one addressing possibility of re-using grafts implanted in the recipient area). Is there an idiot filter somewhere in these settings?
