the question is why would Gho showcase average/poor results instead of top ones?
    Makes no sense,
he had 5000+ patients so far and its fair to assume he showed us the best ones he had

i dont buy an argument that dr gho puts on average results, if he is so modest guy why does he advertise 3 000 grafts per session and 2.5 hairs per grafts on average(they are only exceptional cases, 1% of people)?....and decides to publich only mediocre cases....something dont add up

his gallery should be full of nw6s with 10 000+ grafts..dr lorenzo,h&w and many otheres achieve that without MULTIPLICATION...
gho had 7+ years to do that, plenty of time that is, he always takes photos prior to procedure which means he should have 100s of photos of great transformations somewhere on his computer...its just matter of contacting those patients and asking permission to post pics online and pay them some $$ or give them free session....just like every other clinic do

only nw6 he have is dean saunders who had only 1 procedure 2 years ago and now he stopped having transplants, is he still waiting for regeneration to happen? he prbbly run out of donor, cant be money.....and guy needs 8000 grafts +

in my case, ill say it again, why would hasci suggest BEARD hair if they can multiply and im not as bad as dean saunders?
cats like feriduni, umar said thy could get me 4-5000 via fue...+ a few 1000s of beard hair ..
in theory gho could double that easily to 10k??....but he needs help of my beard just to give me 6-7000 grafts...hmmm
read between the lines, desperation/emotions aside...things dont add up..

If it smells, it probably is shit mate.

      Only real hope is Histogen.

Ironman will disagree, but who gives a ****.

If Histogen is your only real hope, in this case ...sorry, I can't find the proper words who can't make you even more 'vulnerable' ...

Maybe you need to go out there ironman and work on curing hairloss.

You obviously seem very knowledgeable by the whole thing, and I am pretty sure, you can come up with a better product then any of these bio-startups.

I actually did that on this very forum about 6 months ago, and the inevitable conclusion was that other clinics just do better work. The issue is not only the number of grafts, but how X number of grafts look when placed by clinic A vs clinic B.
But Gho's selling point has never been cosmetic quality, it is the hope of regeneration

I got decent coverage from 1410 grafts

              Cost about $9500usd

will repeat in the next year or two

so, about 19k spent over 3 or 4 years, but result useable over 4-6 years (with my rate of loss-- which is substantial). By "useable" I mean I can go around without wearing a hat living a normal life... so about $260usd a month for 6 years. Does it suck? Yes. Would I rather spend 260usd/m on Gho then 80usd/m on fin and minox? yes yes yes yes yes yes yes.

Bottom line: got my life back and dont have frankenscar or white dots. Really no question in my mind. People with low earning ability or small savings may not feel the same. Fortunately, I'm not them.

7 months in at this point. will be year in august. thinking another treatment this next winter/ next summer

happy with results and I feel no need to showcase them to boners like didi etc.

                Interesting,

so you plan is to repeat it but try to exploit the maximum of satisfaction and comfort you earn from each session?

Let me tell you a little bit about "hope of regeneration" and "cosmetic quality".

But BEFORE I'm doing this, I have to tell you, that it is sometimes "difficult" doing this, because sometimes there are HT doctors involved (unintentionally), I have absolutely nothing against them - in fact, sometimes even completely the contrary, and I could mention a lot of names.
So just for example - Dr. Jeffrey Epstein. Really nice guy, I think, and I'm not surprised that many patients simply like him, and without any doubts, he IS also an experienced hair transplant doctor. That's what I really think.

Anyway, without giving you any "hint" or a personal opinion, compare EACH AND EVERY DETAIL between the following, very similar cases:

                  Dr. Epstein case

(click « Previous Picture | Next Picture » below the photos)

                  Dr. Gho case
                  BEFORE http://www.scissorboy.com/video/index/122
                  AFTER http://youtu.be/-tWm4qAj-9Q

                  So check out carefully

                  - the BEFORE situation in both cases,
                  - the amount of grafts both patients got
                  - and finally the results etc etc...

Im also happy with my result. Other reputable FUE doctors drew me some nw3 hairline that sucked. With gho, i got an nw2 hairlime that im pretty happy with specially with my level of hairloss.
Im thinking to go for a second HST this year, maybe in september..

                      Aimforhair:

Have you posted any pics of your results on here (or any forum)?

Also, do you apply concealer to your transplanted hair? I like Gho's clean work but the results look a bit less dense. I have reasonably thick hair so I feel if I went to Gho I would need to apply concealer to the result.

I didn't add any pics of my reciepient yet, i might add some on the 9 month mark. And no i don't apply any concealer, however, i always keep my hair buzzed (grade 2) and i like it this way. Im not sure what's your level of hairloss but in my case i had to cover a BIG spot, my hairline was almost completly gone pre HST.
One thing i like about HASCI is that they are honest and they don't sell promises. I would advice you to consult with them and they will give you a straight answer whether you need one or 2 HSTs and what results you should expect.
Don't pay too much attention to the photos you see in their website, all other forum members got better results from only one procedure including me.

                          Thanks, that's helpful.

I am around a norwood 2 but my hair is relatively thick, no crown loss or thinning. I normally keep my hair around one inch long

I want to lower my hairline though, but not sure whether to do HST alone, or FUE for the front and any progressive loss with HST. I'm just worried that the result will be a bit thin. Also the cost is an issue.

Are you UK/London based? Thankfully I am so travel isn't an issue
