Here is another pic which explains the problem(s)...And she also sent me this picture regarding the 3 hair graft issue. Everybody has different hair, some have thin, some have thick and James is lucky to have very thick hair. Downside is of course that thick hair like that is difficult to extract with a small drill when it comes to a cluster of 3 hairs.
She mailed me this photo to show how small the extraction sites are compared to 3 hair clusters:

ok got it, looks like I circled 22, I knew there was something not right in that area hence why I didn't originally circle all 50. Some already look very clean.
I'll probably have to redo it, but I still think there is about 240ish circled extractions in my uploaded version And it sounds like you've found even more from what you were just saying!Comment

At least, it is not bad at all. A litte bit closer would be ideal - either the camera somewhat closer or same distance and use the zoom-function - but just a little bit. Should work.
Anyway, at least we can see that you try your best.
p.s - the extraction "wounds" are extremely tiny (in general) and the healing is very fast - looks good so far.Comment

Hey your getting good at this, definitely improving.
I wonder if your able to take one without the flash? I think for the quality of the camera you have it should be possible as long as you have good light, maybe some down-lighters/halogens if your taking it in the evening/night time.
The only reason I ask, is because the flash is bouncing right in the center of the photo making it impossible to find the small red extraction spots.
Thanks!Comment

Come on - for SUCH photos, whether is day or night - you simply need the flash:

Or can I see here photos without the usage of the flash?
Without the proper equipment (special daylight lightning etc), you simply need the flash. Without the flash, the photos will be too dark.Comment

Each lens has a minimum focusing distance. My $1000 Canon 24-105mm f/4L can't focus on anything closer than 45cm. Zooming in won't make a difference. Each lens is different. Most cameras won't produce the 'beep' sound when the subject isn't in focus, its only done on focus, thus a good way to gauge when to take the shot (seeing how he's basically pointing the camera behind his head and unable to look through a viewfinder or LCD screen). At least, it is not bad at all. A litte bit closer would be ideal - either the camera somewhat closer or same distance and use the zoom-function - but just a little bit. Should work.

Modern Point and Shoots have a digital macro feature which will allow you to take REALLY nice close-up photos, but it won't be easy consistently pointing the camera at the same angle every time behind your head and not seeing where its pointed. Its a pain in the ass.... unless you get a system of mirrors.Comment

I said because of his camera is decent it's possible to take good photos without a flash.
I on the other hand, you know exactly how crap my camera was and this is why I used the flash.Comment

Awesome. There is still flashback, but it's quite minimal in this photo and I think we can see all the extractions. Thanks
By the way, how are you feeling? Any pain/itchyness?Comment
