hi guys,
about the spot where to place the grafts... I think it's best to discuss that with the doctor.
I think it will be either the sides as Didi suggested or the lower right area which IM pointed out.
I'll mention also the importance of this procedure, so that they will provide good pre en post pictures, hence it's also in their interest if they can provide solid proof.
Thanks arashi for welcoming me on the forum and for your help.
cheers,Comment

Hehe. Clearly you guys have no intention of stopping your fighting. As long as James keeps posting his pictures I don't really care.
Anyway, I'm spending WAY too much time on these damn forums lately, going to enjoy what's left of my weekend. See you tomorrow.Comment

I see no issues with it..its straightforward 50 grafts procedure, good quality pre/post op photos will be the key, implant grafts in red square area and its really simple.
GC was perfect case for 50 grafts test, not anymore
if they cant document this small test procedure it means they are all morons, seriouslyComment

Lastly I'm going to say, that if Kristel can do this in such a way that it's not only of benefit to us but also to you, by enhancing your hairline, then this would be the way to go for sure. But again, discuss with Kristel, she'll know best. I'm really out now. Ciao.Comment

Yeah, would be a good thing when THEY themselves could provide something like this once upon a time. Because so far - they provided actually ZERO, at least, concerning this part of the story. On the other hand, it was the best what they could do so far...he he...because about what else should we talk everywhere besides always "Gho" and "HST"? lolComment

James
Explain to kristel the importance of this test.
Also dont forget to tell her that you want;
17 singles
17 doubles
17 triplets
Its very important, also makes sure you take good pictures of petri dish where we can see ALL the grafts extracted.Comment

Do you think Dr. Nigam will find 17 "triplets" in a small area anywhere in your "donor area"?
I think we should check this out in advance, didi - please post some close-up photos of your donor area. Thanks in advance.Comment

I think you will go nowhere - a girl like you will end-up on forums without doing anything like those useless zombies at hairsite. That's what will happen with you.Comment

Hi James,
Thank you for registering on the forum!
The most important thing for your procedure tomorrow is to evaluate the effectiveness of HST. Everything should be done with that goal in mind.
Some general advice I can give:
- When implanting the grafts, I'd recommend as close to a slick bald area as possible so that there is minimal confusion between implanted and pre-existing hairs. I think the temple points that didi suggested are a good spot if you don't mind putting the grafts there. If that doesn't work, I'm sure you can find a relatively bare area in the crown and hairline somewhere that is around ~2 cm^2.
- The most important thing is the quality of the photos. I read that HASCI was prepared to get professional photographers and if that's the case, I'm sure they'll do an excellent job. But just in case, I'd encourage you to take photos on your own. For examples of good pictures, please refer to gc83uk's photos and Iron_Man's photos. In both cases, you can zoom in very closely and see great details about the individual hair units. In your case, it should be easier because the area you will monitor will be much smaller. Please practice taking photographs on your own, share them with the forum and see if you can replicate the previous photos. If you can, the forum posters here will be able to evaluate your results and you won't have to wait for HASCI's professional photographers.
- Two important things I'd stress: the first is to get a very good before photo of your monitored donor and reference area. Everything depends on this photo so it is critically important that the quality of these photos are very high, whether from HASCI's photographers or yourself. You can only take them once and after the procedure you lose that opportunity. Again, please refer to the photos above of what type of quality you need. Secondly, throughout the process, you must occasionally shave the donor and recipient areas so that the results will be clear. This shouldn't be a problem considering how small the areas will be. If the hairs are too long, it's very difficult to count and keep track of everything.
- When extracting grafts from the donor, try to get a mixture of 1-hair, 2-hair, and 3-hair units. Try to keep the area relatively small (2-5 cm^2), and with minimal white-dot scars.
All the best with your procedure tomorrow! This is the first time HST will be documented in such detail publicly. The results of your procedure will make a huge difference in the hair loss world!
