Vox: Im not a member of the private forums myself, but I think it is for the ppl that are really interested in hair loss and are spending a lot of their time reading studies etc. And testing new products from Kane. Im not sure tho. And I think they have more serious discussions without trolls and so onComment

Cool, looks interesting. But are these private forums part of the present forum?Vox: Im not a member of the private forums myself, but I think it is for the ppl that are really interested in hair loss and are spending a lot of their time reading studies etc. And testing new products from Kane. but nothing big really to get excited about, so please keep your patience. don't want to create false hopes. have a nice day.a little update from the bnp front; a couple of lads who are experimenting with this on the private forums are noticing a significant amount of vellous hairs after only 14 days of application, way better than minoxidil for instance, which takes much more time to work. whether those hairs will turn into terminal hairs, remains unknown for now.
will keep you guys informed.Comment

??
Ok... That was weird. You were quite specific with the info and now you're back-tracking on it, how was it the wrong info? What are the guys using to get this significant regrowth then if that's not BNP results. Also it's weird cos when I try and quote you it comes up with a different quote to the one I was trying to quote.Comment

I don't think he is backtracking. You'll notice he highlighted his own use of the word significant, I think what he means is although the apperance of these hairs is a significant sign that the product does something the real success comes from halting further loss and new hairs turning terminal.??

He was more checking himself for a slightly over zealously optimistic post rather than backtracking on it, and this before ppl start hailing this product as the cure.
For me the apperance of better than minox levels of regrowth after 14 days is exciting but we need to find out more about shed levels and loss in other areas too, does it stop?
If the regrowth continues but losses continue in other areas it will be a let down.
Then again this combined with a DHT blocker such as RU could be a major weapon against MBP. It may roll early losers back a norwood.Comment

thanks for this oppenheimer. pretty exciting, but it's good to manage expectations until we see legitimate results over a couple months. i was, however, definitely expecting some sort of update like this if the treatment is even remotely close to the level of hype surrounding it. good to hear we may be on the right track at this stage. please let us know if you hear anything else that may be of interest.a little update from the bnp front; a couple of lads who are experimenting with this on the private forums are noticing a significant amount of vellous hairs after only 14 days of application, way better than minoxidil for instance, which takes much more time to work. whether those hairs will turn into terminal hairs, remains unknown for now.

Yeah, I think any result at this point is pretty solid. It would be great to know this halts loss too, but if necessary we can always combine with topical fin or RU and it's pretty much the same result if sides are minimal. I'd still maintain some pretty serious skepticism until we get multiple photographs showing terminal hairs, but this is a good start. Let's wait and see. Funny how this is potentially a bigger deal than anything presented at the World Congress. What a joke...For me the apperance of better than minox levels of regrowth after 14 days is exciting but we need to find out more about shed levels and loss in other areas too, does it stop?

i said from the start not to get hyped up for that bs, it's the same each year. back in feb/march we had guys saying "2013 is the year for hair loss" and the like, citing the world congress as some sort of age of enlightenment. i guess i'm starting to sound like a broken record but again: it's up to us. the forums are the key to next gen treatments this side of 2017. i appreciate what dr. nigam has done for us but there's just nothing that we can do to speed up any of those major treatments. they'll come out when they come out, not a minute earlier. best to focus our energy on researching and compiling data on stuff like this, RU, CB, cetirizine, indomethacin, OC, etc. That's something we can actually have an effect on.Comment
