2600 grafts at 80-90 grafts cm over two surgeries with very popular doctor. My natural density is up there with the thickest races. Again grafts per cm. Not hairs per inch. You can tell which hairs are transplanted. Is that more clear?

Sorry just re read my post. 2600 grafts at 80-90 grafts per cm over two surgeries with very popular doctor on the internet. My natural density is up there with the thickest races/ethnic backrounds. Again grafts per cm. Not hairs per cm. You can tell which hairs are transplanted. Is that more clear?

lol yeh but why are you so hyped up about this PGD2 thing? 9 years is a long time - Dr Cots already stated that the clinical trials MAY start in 2 years time and it will be several years after that before it will be released.

Even then we dont know how effective it will be - whether it will be for NW1-2 only or whatever.

The only people able to use PGD2 blockers before 2022 will be the brave hairloss forum-goers who dabble in experimental treatments - that is so crushingly depressing if it takes so long to get a treatment on the market, there's not going to be a cure in our lifetimes. Replicel, Histogen etc will be long forgotten by 2017...

Why do you think they'll be forgotten? You think they'll be a failure?

Also you forgot about CB-03-01, a safe topical antiandrogen which is supposedly much better than propecia, and could be able to stop hairloss completely dead in it's tracks, and even regrow some hair.

              Study:

              Pipeline:

Looking at the pipeline, I would guess that acne product should come to the market around 2016. So the MPB product should come I think 2017-2018.

I personally put much faith in it, they are constantly going forward. If it ever comes out, it'll put Propecia to rest.

Oh, I'd forgotten all about that. Yeah, I have hopes for CB if it gets past the hurdles, as you say it could potentially destroy Propecia as the universally accepted anti-MPB treatment.

Obviously I know that intrepid MPB-fighters have success with experimental treatments, and will continue to do so in subsequent years (hopefully major success), my pessimism is more about the mainstream treatment market... I think we'd all rather be able to buy CB-03-01 etc in our local pharmacies and supermarkets. Yet progress is unfortunately so slow in that area....

$100 for how many grams? what's the point of trying to reach 100% purity if you're already above 99%, should be good enough no?

I regret it 100% , if I new then what I no now I wouldnt of done it. Thinking if I had a transplant my hair would be easier to style and I wouldnt have to spend so much time styling to cover the recession. I spend more time stuffing around with my hair now. Hoping know one will notice.

Look at least 2 transplant patients in person with similar hair traits and skin colour. Videos and HD are not even close. And of course the Surgeons always post there best results. And realistic expectations as they say, meaning 60% of your original density in the hairline will look like 60% but only with courser hairs up front then what nature intended.

Hair transplants are not like a boob job where you can cover them till they heal, or a nose job where you can take a couple of weeks away from people you know. Its a hard thing trying to avoid people you know, parties, occasions etc for 6 months or more.

I dont know your situation but if I could go back I would of just got on propecia and held out till a better option was available.AND Like someone else said ' Todays gold standard surgery is tomorrows butchery.

Anyway back to the thread title.

                        Attention Spencer,

Is it possible to get a interview with Aderans on how there treatment is going, how it works, and if they still plan to bring it to market in 2014?

And will you being posting a second interview with Dr Gho as you said on your show a few weeks back?

Not sure an 80-year-old would look good with a shaven head

Abso-bloody-lutely! Me too! And people will think that my hair wasn't thin at all beforehand. They were just seeing things.
