I hate the facial hair compensation thing some guys do. I think it looks bad. Much better to forgo the facial hair. Works for Kelly Slater, Bruce Willis, Zizou etc. At least I think my facial features are suited to bald but I'd much rather have hair. Oh well. First world problems.
If your going to end up shaving your head for the rest of your life, why not use steroids/hormone pills to bulk you up? Unless your old and married with adorable loving children.

BUT I don't think were going to see a better treatment then Fin/minox or "THE CURE" withing our life time.

If that's the case, how come you still come to this site. If you honestly believed your own statement then what could you possibly gain from coming to this site, wouldn't you accept your hairloss?

Nope, nope, nope, I'm using meds for my hairloss my friend. SO I haven't accepted my hairloss YET. Not till I'm a N3, then I'll start shaving my head but I'm still a N1.5 with some diffuse on the temple, so I'm still fighting the good fight.

You didn't answer my question mate, re read what i posted. What brings you here if you honestly believe there will be a better treatment within your lifetime.

If that was the case and you are on meds, there is nothing more you could do. What gain do you get from this site.

There will be better treatments for MPB in our lifetimes, like there will be for hundreds of other conditions. However it could take an enormous amount of time for any to reach the mainstream market.

That's kinda my point. If someone honestly believed there was no hope other then current meds then what motervates them to come to a site with ( lets be fair here ) a ultimately depressed vibe. Gaining advice sure but once you have that advice why stay.

the only reason I come here is to hear about new upcoming treatments.

knowledge brings me to this forum mate, I know these products wont be better then Minox/Fin but I do believe if I add some of these new products into my regime. I will have a better chance in altering my hairloss or even regrowth. I also like helping new comers with hair loss issues and encouraging them to treat it. We are fighting for the same reason here, are we not?

Like I said before, I personally don't think a cure will happen any time soon but I could be wrong, I hope I'm wrong and I pray for a cure.

So you Atleast have some hope on future treatments.. If they won't be any better then current treatments then why would anyone add them? Why would a company waste efforts / money on a treatment worse then current treatments. The chances of altering your situation are so low because from your own statement you are currently on better treatments. Lol.

That was my main question just got over winded slightly. anyways I was just interested in your view that's all,

I didn't mean a literal cure - that may well not be in our lifetimes - I mean new forms of treatment that actually work half-decently.
