Expect an Aderans interview soon. This is according to Spencer.

That said. This time I really hope Spencer up his game and asks some hard questions. Such as....
HAVE YOU SEEN / WITNESSED HAIR GROWTH WITH YOUR EYES. IF SO BETTER, THE SAME, OR WORSE THEN PROPECIA
as opposed to
AWWW SO DO YOU STILL FEEL LIKE YOU'VE GOT AN OKAY PRODUCT AND THAT YOU MIGHT LAUNCH IN 5 - 10 YEARS.
I'm so sick of the same BS questions in each interview.Comment

He said soon but you know how things go. The important thing here is that it's coming and you know Spencer always keeps his word. He also said he will try to get Dr Ziering back here to provide an update on Histogen. Dr Ziering is coming back from Dubai and he will contact him asap. Expect more from Replicel as well. All this is straight from Spencer's mouth.
If you have questions that you want them to ask, post them here and I'm sure they will consider them. Joe from Staten will inform Spencer or maybe even Spencer will come to check the forums. Post what you want brotha.Comment

You do know that he likely signed an NDA of some sort. The question you want asked he could not likely answer legally. When you're a publically traded company something like that cannot be answered, so asking the question is pointless as a run-around answer would be given. That said. This time I really hope Spencer up his game and asks some hard questions. Such as....

Exactly. You do know that he likely signed an NDA of some sort. The question you want asked he could not likely answer legally. When you're a publically traded company something like that cannot be answered, so asking the question is pointless as a run-around answer would be given.
But if that is the case then why bother!Comment

What then is the point of conducting an interview to catch up on the efficacy of a treatment if questions regarding the efficacy are protected by non disclosure agreements? Also, Spencer wouldn't be answering anything; rather he'd be asking the question. There is no legal cause of action against a questioner. If the representative ducks the question that's his doing. But legally Spencer has every right to ask it.You do know that he likely signed an NDA of some sort. The question you want asked he could not likely answer legally. Yes but the thing is, Ken Washenik stated in early 2011 that Phase 2 would be complete by mid-2012, they've now pushed this date back to 2013 - infact regarding Aderans, clinical trial dates have been pushed back since 2007 - its never ending with them... Washenik even said they'd have "much more data to show next year"... that was also stated in early 2011... where is the data? You'd think to attract investors in a recession they'd release SOMETHING by now. There have a lot of really good clinical discoveries that have come about that had little media hype.
As for Acell (something that had lots of hype surrounding it), that should probably serve as evidence against the notion that "this doesn't have a lot of hype surrounding it, therefore, I shouldn't take it that seriously".
I also dont see the point in an interview unless there is actually data to be discussed - ive a feeling the only new information we'd gain in a current interview with Washenik is to be told we'll just have to wait longer.Comment

Either way you're right about the interview. I pray its not just more delays and empty promises :PComment

I was referring to Aderans - but yeah Histogen have been battling a court case - they've good reason to be running late.Comment

The thought of patent trolls slowing down the progress of new treatments makes me very annoyed. You can bet the bastards behind that decision are all NW1's and 2's.
