Recoverup Taiwan clinic still closed due to Japan earthquake
Dear Jonathan E,
Thank you for your interest in Recoverup Hair Regeneration. We have received many thousands of inquires for this service in the past few months but unfortunately we are not able to currently process any more clients at this time.
As you may know, our clinic is based in Taipei, Taiwan, and was shut down following the earthquake and tsunami in Japan March 2011. During the following months, there was a worry that radiation from the nuclear reactor damaged during the tsunami might spread. Some of our UK staff were also worried about this extra level of radiation and returned to the UK as our insurance did not cover for this event.
Now as of August 2011, our management has decided to continue to keep the Taiwan clinic close, especially as there was recent news the radiation levels were continuing to rise.
We will keep your informed if there is any change to this policy, and if and when we are able to launch a new clinic.
