Ive never used TB4 (also named TB500 on alot of research sites). The only peptides I use are ghrp and cjc1293 which are growth hormone analogs. I prolly will try TB500 soon though, I get all my stuff from southernresearchco dot com

Its a peptide injected subcutaneously, like GH. You dont inject it into your scalp.
