It is quite easy to tell from the picture. No, your hairline is not receding at all. You should get off this message board though. First, many of the people on here are twisted, bitter, and strange, and they like to imagine that everyone is losing their hair. Second, you are a young man with a very full head of hair and no recession. This is not a suitable place for you.

Today you have options. Not perfect, but you can do something with good chances to have results.

Back at my time, in the '80s, you had nothing. Only to accept the fact that you are going bald and deal with it. Harsh, but that was it.

It is almost impossible to tell from the picture. If you were not telling us that you are worried about hair loss, I would say that the picture shows a quite normal hairline.

In case of doubt, and for the peace of mind, it is better to consult a doctor.
