Considering how prevalent early-balding is in Israel, I am surprised that there hasn't been more research coming from there. I'd imagine it's because hair loss is a cosmetic issue and maybe because of how common it is, people aren't so embarrassed by it. Here is their email if anyone wishes to ask for update:
