Any side effects with OC-Ethanol ?

Ive been on it for 4 months now. I havent noticed any side really stand out. Libido may be slightly down. But i just turned 40 so it could be my age.
Havent noticed anything else either.
As for it working, ill have a week w almost no hair loss, then it comes right back each time, just as worse. Idk what to make of OC
