    Pilofocus Realistic Discussion

I am beginning to become extremely excited about Pilofocus

Like other posters have mentioned, it could make hair transplants available to a lot broader set of candidates

Also... 45% improvement of graft survival compared to FUE? Wouldn't that produce thick hairline results?

I want to know how could we get this in the hands of the best surgeons as soon as possible. Anyone email Rahal, Feller etc? yet and ask them about Pilo?

When do you guys think it will be available

How are you going to get it into other docs' hands when the inventor is still learning the procedure? Considering how few clinical subjects Dr. Wesley has, I think it will be awhile (as in years) before anyone outside his clinic offers the treatment. That is assuming it actually shows significantly better results than FUE with full transplant procedures...

does anyone think RAHAL will adopt the PILOFOCUS technique, and if so, how soon??? Someone please has to ask him, I already tried to send them an email and call them.

I watched pilofocus video again, it's amazing. I think the prospects are tremendously high for pilofocus to be revolutionary. I just hope it follows through and SOOON, like by end of 2016 latest

Can anyone please provide a link for a video\presentation of this technology? I've looked for it on their website, but nothing there. Also googled it and apart from few threads in the forums, nothing. I would like to read more about this. Is it true that donor area can be regenerated by this tech?

Always a half year from now.

I saw a presentation the other day (sorry I don't have the link) but it looks like he was only doing like 5 grafts per patient during this procedure....

I was under the assumption that by the summer of 2015 he was going to be doing 100 grafts per test trial.

If hes still at 5 grafts, then we are so far away from this becoming a reality. I don't understand why the 100 graft trials haven't started yet.

Even with no regeneration, the prospect of having no scars and increased graft survival alone is enough to make me want this.
