    Documenting my treatment progress

I'm about to start a treatment for my hairloss. I used Minoxidil for 2 years with really good results (regrowth) and then stopped for different reasons: dry hair, dry front head skin, laziness (minor reasons). Looking at recent pictures, I decided to start again a treatment (see picture attached)

Here is what I want to document:
    - Counting the number of hair lost during the night every week
    - First week: 25mg/day of RU just to adapt
    - From the second week onward: 50mg/day of RU
    - Taking a picture of the hairline and crown once a week

I'd like to use Minoxidil 5% or 10% as well like I use to, but I want to first see the real benefits of the RU by itself. So, I was thinking of starting Minoxidil after two months of treatment with RU.

Do you think my progression would be useful? (otherwise I won't bother)
Any comment would be useful of course.

I don't think you'd see the same results with minoxidil the second time around but definitely worth giving RU a shot. Here's hoping you are a good responder.

Yeah you could do that. It could take more than 2 months to see the benefits of RU though. Personally I would just jump on both of them. My experience is that they work awesome together.

I'm not ready to give up on my libido. The fact is I want to slow down the hairloss. I'm 32 and will try to have hair till my 40's, then whatever.
If I can stabilise the hair loss, then I might go for hair transplant. Let's see how it goes over the next months.

you won't really see the benefits of RU in 2 months, more like 6 months - maybe see if it helps by its own for 6 months before adding minox (maybe you wouldn't need minox).
