does kane deliver to Eu?
Does oc have some side effects?
how do you plan to use oc?
topically or orally?
if you plan to use it topically, do you crush pills in ethanol or does it come as a powder?

I really don't think cetirizine is a good solution for hair loss, i'm using it because it's keeping the itch at bay a bit, but def would not bank on it doing much for you longterm. That's what I'm gleaning from internet research anyway. Makes sense because it is not a blocker for the correct receptor.
OC on the other hand has promise, if anyone has been able to purchase any please let me know, still no word from kane on my end, and the chemical labs sell it for far too expensive a price. If we can get a steady and reliable source of OC (and hopefully setipi) I think we'll be in much better shape. Hope we can all work together to make that happen.Leave a comment:

Maybe using 1.5 ml. I don't have extensive loss though, so it's just my crown and hairline. That's the thing with topicals, it's hard to dose right. Would love to just get a setipip pill that I can take daily. I'm really keeping my fingers crossed for kythera. Wish someone was in touch with them, there's gotta be someone that lives in San Diego on here.
And yeah OC seems promising to me too, just hope all this stuff isn't a letdown.Leave a comment:

by the way sd..are you only applying 1ml of cet? I feel like 1ml is nothing, and it dries so fast because of the vehicle.Leave a comment:

After hearing what Kane said, doing my own research on OC and reading results I think it's safe to say OC will work to stop hair loss. I'm ordering.Cool, let me know how the zyrtec works for you. Don't expect any miracles, these compounds are not meant to regrow lots of hair. Keep me posted on side effects, and ill do the same. I think I got a cold the day i started using it, so it's hard to tell what was from the cold and what was the zyrtec. I think using it before bed is the best, as it def can make you drowsy. I definitely want to replace it with OC or setipip asap, but might keep using it every other day.Leave a comment:

Just researched several other forums where people are maintaining solidly on OC. Price seems to be the only obstacle. We could also do I've say OC, then rotate with setipip, and RU once in a while. The people on ofd2 blockers are having maintenance without all the ups and downs and possible side effects of RU. From trying topical cetirizine I completely believe it. Cetirizine is not selective for the right receptor though, and it's not particularly good to keep blocking the histamine receptor.
Things like setipip and OC, which target the correct receptor, and have research behind them, need to be the gold standard in maintenance NOW. We need to all be on the same page on this one and really find reliable sources. We now know that setipip needs to be oral, and according to Kane the OC can be topical the way he makes it, and it seems like it's working for people. But yeah let's push him either way in prices and get done group buys together.
I'm down for the group buy. I just got my cetirizine and I'm going to get distilled water now. Kane said he'd email me back after the chinese new year. I'm probably going to start OC at least no matter what.Leave a comment:

Everyone talks about setip , not OC , they just want to sell their OC , Thats all , they don''t put effort to do what we wants to have. They are both safe, have been through phase three trials for asthma. We have to push Kane to sell Setipip though cause the researchers have reason to believe it's better than OC. Also I would much rather take a pill. Please everyone get on Kanes case about getting setipip vs OC, he seems to think OC is stronger, but we should take cotsarellis' lead on this one I think. Either way anyone interested in maintenance should be on a pgd2 blocker, and if we can't get setipip the. We need to lower the price on OC.
I personally don't buy OC , I don't know about you guys . And for Pgd2 blocker I agree it can help for maintenance , But I'm not sure if
there is SHOULD for that, many people do maintenance so far with Fin in last decade , And I also think we need to find other sources
or try more to find setip , Thanks for your effort for this topic.Leave a comment:

TALKED TO KANE: gathered this info.
We discussed with our engineers as to investigate this research chemical. its very similar chemical structure to OC000459, however less potent for research purpose. OC000459-ethanol its Superior to Setipiprant.
1).this research chemical won't dissolve in ethanol, its developed for oral consumption it'll dissolve in acidic stomach as looking to the chemical structure "ACT-129968, 2-(2-(1-naphthoyl)-8-fluoro-3,4-
dihydro-1H-pyrido[4,3-b]indol-5(2H)-yl)acetic acid"
2).Setipiprant its about 250% less potent as Its competitor OC000459. 1 gram vs 400MG pls see literature below.
3). its production price estimated to equal OC000459 we'll confirm after our Chinese holiday once we're back in office 27-feb. Custom production is very expensive. its not economical at small quantities.

Setipiprant (ACT-129968, 2-(2-(1-naphthoyl)-8-fluoro-3,4-
dihydro-1H-pyrido[4,3-b]indol-5(2H)-yl)acetic acid)
1. it does not dissolve in ethanol.
2. Higher doses required for your labatory research purpose
Preclinical data showed that setipiprant potently inhibits
migration of eosinophils towards PGD2 in vitro as well as
in an in vivo rat model of lung eosinophilia (Actelion
Pharmaceuticals Ltd, data on file). In the entry-into-man
study in healthy male subjects, single and multiple doses of
setipiprant of up to 1,000 mg twice daily (bid) for 6 days
showed excellent tolerability and a favorable pharmacokinetic
profile (Sidharta et al., unpublished data)
All subjects received a single dose of 1,000 mg setipiprant administered as four capsules of 250 mg
OC000459
Source- http://www.ersj.org.uk/content/41/1/46.full
The limited pharmacokinetic analysis performed in this study showed stable levels of plasma drug concentrations at 12 h post-dose after 7 and 14 days’ dosing. These data indicate adequate systemic exposure to OC000459 using a dosing regimen of 200 mg twice daily. The mean inhibitory concentration (IC50) of OC00459 for inhibition of PGD2-mediated activation of eosinophils in human whole blood is 35 ng·mL−1 (personal communication) and so the plasma levels of drug achieved in this study were well in excess of this level. We also showed that the systemic exposure caused functional antagonism of blood eosinophils ex vivo using a well established eosinophil shape change assa
As for now, offer OC000459-ethanol at a discounted price for research purpose. Its in stockLeave a comment:
