Hell fellow balding brothers , I just wanted to inform everyone of yet another drug in the works to join our fight against this wicked disease. I believe it is a topical, not really sure of it's mechanism, but it does seem to be well into its phase 2 in Japan by a company named RTECH UEONO.

There is very little info in the links you've posted. There isn't much more I could find online. They finished Phase 2a already in january 2011 (http://www.avarx.com/AvaRx/SubDomain...g.display.html). The molecule is a fatty acid derivative, apperently similar to Bimaprost (http://www.geneticbaldness.com/yet-a...hair-loss.html).

being able to buy something new like this from japan is better than nothing. So hopefully something like this eventually makes it out sooner rather than later. A safer topical would be a handy thing to have especially from a reliable manufacturer.
