    Ataric Acid potential dht blocker

Ataric Acid is a potent androgen receptor antagonist and has a high affinity for the androgen receptor. It binds to it and even prevents the translocation, meaning no matter what the androgen receptor will not produce a reaction.

" The precise mechanisms are unknown, although it has been shown in vitro that atraric acid and N-butylbenzenesulfonamide are strong inhibitors of the androgen receptor and cell growth and could potentially be used for further drug development."

" It occurs in the root-bark of Pygeum Africanum[2] and Evernia Prunastri (Oakmoss). There is evidence to suggest that it has anti-androgenic activity in human beings[2] and use in treatment for benign prostate hyperplasia, prostate cancer and spinobulbar muscular atrophy have been investigated.[1]" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atraric_acid

Right I contacted Susan the pharmacist regarding these two compounds, her reply is below, if you guys can get more details and links/sources and the people interested than maybe we can create an group buy with Susan to formulate a topical based lotion/gel .

                        I emailed her:

"I have one question We are currently researching 2 compounds very interesting, Some guys are also interested in these compounds due to studies. They are easy to obtain and legal, would you be able to formulate them in a topical lotion? I will let you know more in detail to see if you can. These could be a game changer for Hairloss people if they work!"

                        Her reply:

                        "Yes send it my way!!!!!!!!
                        I love new stuff!"

SM powder was provided from Sigma–Aldrich™ (Steinhelm, Germany) and in order to facilitate the application, a SM 2% gel was provided by dissolving 2 g SM in 2 cc distilled water, then the solution was transferred into 2% carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) (2 g CMC dissolved in 98 cc distilled water
