Oral Fin necessary if on Topical Fin

I'm on and off on a minoxidil solution that has some topical fin in it (Susan's mix). I had stopped due to side effects, but my hairline is diminishing QUICK! and it seems that I have no choice but to give this another try.

So the question is, if I'm on topical fin, should I also pursue oral fin in combo, or is that overkill/unnecessary. It seems that whatever I put on my head goes systematic anyways, so it appears that oral fin in that case would be excessive. But I want to know what you guys' opinions are.

Studies have shown topical fin works. I think it's overkill perhaps . U need Minox and dht blocker in any regimen

Minoxidil only works for maybe 2 years, then you slowly go back to baseline. There is a graph around here somewhere. It produces temporary fake hair growth and has the nastiest side effects of any of the popular regimens.

Bro your case stick with low dosage topical FIN, leave oral FIN as last bullet when your body adjusts. Oral FIN will give you sides as you are sensitive, topical FIN will give you some sides but much less where your able to carry on.

if u are getting sides make sure u keep minox in your regimen. if u are getting sides with topical fin then oral fin will be worse

this is what im doing. except:

mix it in a little bowl or cap.
i use a Dutasteride pill, its 100x stronger than fin. fin is fine, better to use a 5mg pill so it has less fillers.
use a few grams of pure caffiene power
use some vit c powder or serum (i dont have any yet)
Then some coconut oil, or castor oil
Then I was thinking about adding some alcohol or vinegar to make it stronger? I need input from a scientist.

There is zero evidence that topical finasteride is more effective than oral finasteride. There have been studies on this as well just search pubmed.

Of course. Topical fin has a worse bioavail ility and you need to use more to get the same dose. Oral fin doesn't waste anything

Yoy buy Dut capsules and break them up or dissolve then into a little water
Use enough ingredients 2to last a few more times.try to estimate consistent doses.point five to three quarter of a pill seems good enough for one application. So maybe use 2-3 pills. keep the extra in an airtight bottle and don't let it dry out before next time use it in a few days.

what is left is a white paste that can be put on at night. It will have all night to absorb and work its magic. Dutasterideis very potent and caffeine is a proven growth stimulator along with the other things.especially after a light dermaroll using this magic pastehow could it not work?

Thanks I made some updates. I have not even made this yet. I am still waiting on. Ingredients I must say it looks fun though right?! I am especially excited about the dutasteride being applied localy at crappy DHT follicles.

the second thing that is exciting is the caffeine, I bought some pharmaceutical grade 100 grams 4 $10.then the vitamin C is something that all kind of makes it healthy and maybe absorb better. Then Everclear seems like it'll help everything penetrate the scalp and make it burn a little.

I don't know of anybody saying that it is more effective, but people are just hoping it is close to as effective with minimal side effects/ hormonal changes.
