As far as I know in the actual pipeline is below. I am sure there are some missing, and new ones are being found. Maybe by 2020 we will have more treatments, but to-date no proven cure in sight. The reality is starting to seem we will all grow old bald/balding.
Replicel - Phase II data 2016.
Histogen - Begin Phase II in Asia 2015(?).
SM04554 - Phase II end by September, 2015.
DA-4001C - Phase II preparations, unknown start and unknown product.
Piloscopy - Trials by the end of the year, or delayed more.
CB-03-01 - Phase II completed by November, 2015.
Bimatoprost - Phase II completed by Janruary, 2015.
Taiwan University Hospital - Phase ? completed by December 2016.Comment

To be honest I've been checking boards like this for nearly a decade & we really can't expect anything.
Every year threads come out saying 'What can we expect' & every year there are a few pipeline treatments that look promising [But never eventuate] - Through time and experience though you realise that you can't bank on anything.
Of course we're moving forward, but in the greater scheme of things 100 years is a blink of the eye in history so we may not see anything in our lifetimes.
I hope we're the lucky generation; but I think it's healthiest to look at it with the mindset that we won't be.Comment

I'm not holding my breath for anything to come along soon. I'm 25, closing in on 26, and if I can hold the line with finasteride for as long as Spencer has, I'll be in my mid 40s with lots of hair. By then maybe something will have come along, and if not, then I can continue on the currently available DHT inhibitors.Comment

Can our community get some channels with the research teams? such as CUMC, Jahoda, TUBerlin and Replicel etc
I think It can be very nice relation that can makes the things moving faster
If we have the informations of such research teams then it is both good for whole balding society and researchers
Balding guys can understand where the reserch is progressed and then they can choose which team to spend their money to boost the research
and research teams can directly get the cash from funding so it is win-win game for both
So is there any recommandable guy who can be our representative to contact the researchers?Comment
