Talk about hair styles! Here is a photo we wouldn't usually post. This is our patient and dear friend having a little fun with his new hair (real hair). He got a great result and doesn't take himself too seriously as you can tell. He's from Wales and knew Johnny Rotten so I suppose the lower left photo is kind of a tribute.

No you just join a thread, completely ignore the threads topic and push your hair transplant product instead.

Not really a lot that can be said about derma rolling that hasn't already been posted... It increases collagen production and can be useful in improving the appearances of hypopigmented scars. Derma rolling dramatically increases absorption into the bloodstream of whatever you rub into your head. That can be both a good thing and a dangerous thing. Hair growth studies suggest that damage can stimulate hair growth to a minor degree, but excess damage can increase the possibility of developing skin cancer. Dr. Cole doesn't believe derma rolling alone is significantly effective in growing hair to the degree there will be much of a cosmetic improvement. Derma rolling has its place in PRP treatment which increases hair shaft diameter to varying degrees in most cases.

The understanding of the exact mechanisms of MPB has pretty much stalled. I suppose if someone took the initiative to gather and evaluate all of the research, chances of a breakthrough could be improved. Some researchers state that DHT starves susceptible hair of nutrition and throws a man's immune system out of whack to where it attacks part of the hair. If it is in fact determined that DHT does starve susceptible hairs of nutrients, those deficient nutrients could possibly be administered through derma rolling at some future date.

Unfortunately to date dermarolling just isn't very effective. Perhaps it could have a significant role in the future when teamed up with a yet to be discovered product.

Call me shameless, but to date the most effective treatment for MPB are hair transplants when done properly by a skilled physician.

So this gives you the right to hijack someones thread just to push your product? Shamelessly post pictures while advertising your Dr which has absolutely no connection to the threads topic? Honestly what was the point? disgusting.

                  Shameless indeed...

I must be missing something here. The thread begins with light discussion as follows:

                    "so here we go"

"God speed.May your hair grow as the unibrow of your avatar."

                    "Good luck bro"

What exactly did I hijack? Is it a gloomy day across the pond?

Read the threads title? It's his log. Guessing he would be updating his progress in this thread. Regardless your plug had nothing to do with the thread and you know it.

Surely you read the threads topic before you started your advertisements? It's the fact your sole purpose posting within this thread was to plug your product which is the problem.

Today was rather sunny and lovely thanks.
