Advice on something I can use NOW

Hi,
I'm NW3, badly thinning at the front. What can I do to hang on to it? Was excited about CB back in August but held off because of the vehicle issue.

How's RB doing? Any good? What about sides/shedding.
I'm not looking for massive re growth, although it would be nice, surgery can do that.
Or is this a case of having to resort to propecia? I know there's people saying Histogen will be out 2015, but I'm 22 already NW3 advanced and still thinning...I'm not going to be able to wait that long.

I've been on regaine 5% foam since January, but I've lost more density in the last 11 months than I have in the 5 years my hairline started receding.

get on propecia asap. no sense and worrying about these experimentals until you've determined propecia doesn't work or you have side effects.

propecia for sure, rogaine is awful, it doesn't really regrow hair and if you get off of it it destroys your density. there might be something good out in the next year or so.

Propecia/Proscar for sure.

then if that works or doesnt work, look into the experimentals
