Just for the record, I'm pretty sure androgens are responsible for Female pattern hairloss as well! That's why Spironolactone works so well at halting FPH...so I think the speculation that females are better responders since androgens are not involved in FPH is False!

We also should take into account that Histogen has tested far more men than women, hence they have a better picture of its level of effectiveness in men! So far this one female has been in all their presentations showing significant regrowth in macrophotos! We haven't seen any other female photos or numbers coming close to this level of regrowth...so let's not quickly jump to conclusion!

There are guys that have completely restored their hairline just by taking finasteride...they're simply amazing responders. But it doesn't mean that is what Finasteride is capable of doing in all males!

I dont understand why Histogen cant start treating people NOW in Asia? We already have two successful clinical studies surely that's enough?

All this regulation is really holding back medical research - and thanks to stupid Americans voting for OBAMA it's going to get worse - all of the new discoveries are happening in China because the people in the West have lost their ****ing balls.

I also agree that this will be a better alternative to FIN/MINOX - it wont grow hair on a slick bald scalp but it may rescue scalp hairs that are significantly minaturized - that could really make all the difference to a decent HT.

Honestly if histogen was out right now, I would be restored to a NW1 or 0 and will then never post here again. I have a lot of minaturized hairs around my temples and temple points.

The guys at histogen will get this out to the market; they got their skincare product regenica out to the market following clinical trials.

That is the difference between Histogen and Aderans. Histogen know the process, Aderans were a bunch of guys in lab coats working on a product.

Oh really! I kind of read your post on it actually and got a bit worried myself...Histogen's posting the presentation on their website this weekend. We can analyse it better then.

Well...if they take another 12 months to plan Phase 2b...asia release will get pushed back to 2017

                  Non-asian countries to 2020-2021

They have just had a merger, I am sure there is a lot of paper work etc required.

                      On a positive note,

                      1) Gail is sticking by her therapy

                      2) They found an investor with a vision to bring out several cosmetic dermatological products in the next decade!

                      3) Hygeia is now owned by Histogen

                      4) Phase 2b is now in the planning stage!

                      5) Histogen will most probably be released in the near future (god I hope I'm right for a change)

Yeah - the other thing that surprised me is that they didn't talk about that at all...

Desmond: I would put my self to rest and stop guessing at timelines. It's extremely hard to predict the outcome of the work of a start up, especially in this field.

Yeah I guess they were there for a different reason and they have a very short time to present their company!

I think we'll hear more about their future plans once RestoregeneX goes online! They will announce their plans and milestones...with estimated product release dates, etc....its early days

Maybe, but maybe not. Wouldn't count on it. I know it's hard but you have to stop thinking that way
