Diffuse NW5, yeah that's NOT good. Diffuse is really the worst case to analyse. A slick bald NW5 would be a lot better. But still could be manipulated on, so we'd need the NW5 to be a trustworthy forum member. But even way better: just get a slick bald NW7. Doesn't need to be a forum member, anyone would do. How difficult can it be to pluck someone from the streets in India and give him 15k grafts for free ? Really, this extremely intelligent wonder doctor can't come up with an idea like this ??

Even if he does, no one would believe him. And you know why? Because we all have prejudices against Indian doctors, and every little thing draining little doubt, Dr. Nigam turns into a liar. That is not fair. And all of you who rebel against Dr. Nigam, why visit this thread and waste your time??? You do believe in Dr. Nigam, otherwise you would not be hanging on this ****ing forum on threads related to Dr. Nigam!

If Dr. Nigam performs 6-8 procedures a day like he has stated, how does he not have a huge portfolio of before and afters pictures like every hair transplant clinic? Is there a website somewhere that I have missed with Nigams before and after pictures? Hell I would even like to see pictures from when he was performing strip or fue, anything really to show he is on par with the best doctors in the field. There is no way he does not take before pictures if he is truly performing state of the art hair restoration, and out of the presumably thousands of patients he has treated over his career he would surely have loads of after pictures also, I mean lets be real here.

Does H & W, Rahal ect take one shitty before pic and then never have any patient every come back for after pictures, but instead only has shitty after photos sent in by the patient?

I think thats presumptuous to say it will 'never' happen. We don't really know much about Nigam's credibility in his skill set. I'd prefer to think that he *could* prove us wrong having somone go from NW7 to NW0, but I won't say with certainty it will never happen. None of us are prophets.

I dont care if a doctor is Russian, English, American or Japanese - my only issue is why on earth, after a whole year of following "updates" havent we seen a NW7>NW2 if all the claims are true?

After all that happened, after all the 'mistakes' he blamed on others, I just don't believe anymore that he's sincere. I think he's just trying to make a buck out of the desperation of baldies.

Theyre definitely not exactly the same in before and after (you can tell the white balance is off) however they're all close enough.

Boldy hasn't posted any pictures here. Tom's case turned out to be impossible to analyse cause:
1) Dr Nigams shaved AFTER he shot the pre-op photo's. So pre-op photo's for quite a bit of donor misses
2) He shaved 4 strips and shot several pictures of each strip. However these strips can't be all linked, it seems donor is missing
3) No tattoo's and there's unshaved area between the strips so it's going to be impossible to locate all donor
4) He implanted follicles back into donor but we can't see where exactly
5) Some of the pictures are just of too low quality

Wesley's case can't be analysed cause he's diffuse thinning and implanted grafts without shaving recipient.

That wasn't the point I was trying to make, you can scrutinize photos all day long I just mentioned some top clinics to show that they take before pictures from every single patient and after photos from the patients who return to the clinic. So my question is if Nigam is actually performing all the procedures he says he is and even going back to when he was performing traditional transplants, then where are all the photos? He should have a huge portfolio like every other clinic, but aside from a few shitty pictures, some of which were photoshoped, I have yet to see this mountain of photos that should exist if he is truly doing what he claims.

I'm not saying Rahal's photos are bad, theyre perfectly fine: soft light, well lit, no on camera flash (the worst), in focus, same aperture (more or less). It looks controlled which is the point i've been trying to drive home with everyone in regards to photography;

The ONLY way youre going to replicate an after photo is if you have the same variables as in the before photos: same room, same lighting, same white balance, same aperture, same ISO, same shutter speed, etc.

It doesnt all have to match up 100%, but its gotta be pretty much the same.

Otherwise youre just going to get suspicious photos where in one photo everything looks fine and in the next its darker giving the illusion theres increased density. That shouldn't even be tolerated on the forum, not by the members and not by the moderators. Why? CREDIBILITY.
