So it doesn't have to be a forum member. Nigams treats hundreds of patients per month. It should be a piece of cake for him to select a suitable candidate.

He's already done it! He documented a man who was difuse NW5 and began to treat him, but none of the members of the forum did not think it was a good case! It takes a long time to turn the case in NW1! At least 18 months!

Then give him 15k grafts and the results would speak for themselves, undeniable, he'd get planes full of people to India, can build his empire of clinics and all critics would shut up. Yet, all we get is lousy shady pictures and cases that are impossible to analyse. Why is that you think ? Is Nigams really just that stupid ? I don't believe that ...

I was a NW2-3, I think I'm now a NW1-2 after my HST. However I'm way thinner on top then I'd like So no, my case would be horrible for analysis.

Dr Nigam says he treats tons of patients per day. Is it really that hard for him to find a slick bold NW7 ??

How can you say anything about 'results' when he just had his procedure ? You do realize that grafts can shed for months ? Mine start shedding after a few weeks and I think I kept shedding until about the 4th month after the procedure. And again, without good high res pre-op photo's, showing all the grafts pre-op in good enough detail to count hairs, an analysis is impossible.

it worked , most f the hair where stayed in anagen which shows a part of final result. but for 40 fue/1cm^2 is very good

Where are the photo's ? Without high res pre and postop photo's it's impossible to draw any conclusions. And how can you even conclude anything now ? We'd have to wait at least 5 months.

And that's the thing. Even if Dr Nigams now would get a GOOD case, we'd have to wait another 5 months till we'd even find out if it worked. So best case scenario we'll have to wait 5 months. But really, this is going to go on like this forever ...
