It wasn't anything major. I just asked if the hair loss community could help, financially or otherwise. She said yes, and that funds would go to bringing HSC to market.

Ok perfect. I'll have to keep a note of that. Thanks!

That's good news. I think they'll like what we are building.. It is too early for reaching out tho. First we need to finish the platform and strategy.. I guess that could be in 1 or 2 months

Correct me if I'm completely off on this assessment though.

Aderans Research is no longer being funded. The project can (and should) continue if new investors are found willing to put some funding back into the project. They just need to be guaranteed a return on their investment. Having said that, theres a great opportunity for a large return to be made quickly as they have only one more clinical trial to go through.

It's possible that Dr. Washenik will still try to keep the effort going somewhere else though, and this is just a result of them not being associated with the Aderans company though. I don't know whether the company still has rights to the research findings or anything like that...but maybe this is actually a good thing if it means less red tape.

I'm trying to think outside the box and maybe we are going about this the wrong way. What if we located a School just like "Perelman School of Medicine" and petition the NIH for research funds. The more horses we get in this race the better. However I highly doubt funds would be give for MPB research. We would have to target something close that could assist us like maybe why coronary heart disease and MPB are linked?

Gail also stated to me in an email that donated funds would speed up research, I started a whole thread on this a while back.

Histogen are close to market, they have two successful trials, there's no time like the present to inject the company with a large dose of funding to tip them into a successful phase III trial.

Are they still on track for an Asia commercial release after Phase IIb?

Histogen are currently planning on the physician sponsor trails in Korea and Taiwan, but I'm not sure which phase it is exactly. I emailed Gail last week about it and this is her reply:

                              Hi XXX,
We’re making steady progress on getting the proper regulatory filings together. I promise to update you in a few weeks.
                              Thanks for your patience,
                              Gail
