and now you want him to tell you everything about his findings regarding dr nigam ?

people are truly getting desperate by the minute.
Errrmmm no...I don't want him to tell me 'everything'
I just want an update, I am sure I read that he returned back home and discontinued treatment due to some bad press about Nigam.

And what's wrong with questioning Baldy's intention?? Two forum members who Dr Nigams has already operated on magically disappeared. Does this not seem odd to you?

Welcome back Boldy, I assume your back home for awhile. I will take your word this is the same person in the photos.

I originally was wondering why his forearm skin colour was so dark in the second photo, then I realized "we're all black when the lights go out".

I have to admit this is a good result Dr Nigam. Well Done.

The questions arise though like, how long before the next injection?

      What was injected? FDA approved?

How long will the new hair survive?

Can anyone get these results or is this 1 good result out of 10 bad ones?

Thanks for all your efforts Boldy. It's truly appreciated.

And that's exactly the problem. My new hair, which i got at HASCI, looks awesome in the shades. In full sun it looks like there's almost no hair .. Lighting really can make the difference between a scalp full of hair or a bald scalp.

I don't doubt it's the same person. Just saying it's a very unfair comparison. And we don't know nothing about this guys regimen, he might be on minox and fin for all we know. And the different hair colour makes me think he's using a lot of concealer. The picture just isn't clear enough to see if he's really using concealer or not.

If dr Nigams is sincere, he should stop posting horrible comparisons like these and take an example in Hasson and Wong

          Breaking bald,

this is my last post: http://www.baldtruthtalk.com/showpos...&postcount=105

You certainly Can't read. there is nothing discontinued. The 2d culture work has been done, My Donated 200 hairs, will be used for the different protocols. before 3d protocol can happen the delayed supplies must arrive FIRST.

Different Culture Supplemented media's like DMEM, chang, ALPHA MEM. are beeing tested. The results will be monitored every 48 H, when the medium is refreshed.

After the expansion of the cells in 2d.

THe 3d work can happen. different was to aggregate the cells, will be tested. and the combination of DS/DP/ DS/dp/ors + foreskin epidermal cells will be aggregated and tested how it works in vivo. (just the short version of the story).

the supplies for 3d are ordered and should arrive somewhere mid august.

THis is MY time, my energy, my cells, and I do this purely for myself since I know that cell therapy is the one and only cure for hairloss(reprogramming the original follicles with dermal cells that are not affected by androgens).

I could had staid passive and depressed on hairloss forums(like some here)and accepting that this is our faith, However, this doesn't change anything about the current situation and treatments. I believe in everything is possible if you work hard enough for it, and even if you fail the first 100 times, end result will be there one day.

Its now testing these protocol's and see what happens! More than this I can not do. and Im glad, nigam is cooperative on this project.

Also, Boldy, what's your take on Dr Nigams ? NSN said that he thought Nigams wasn't really a researcher but more of a business man. Would you agree ? Did you get the impression he's a researcher/professor himself ?

haha.. My donated cells can serve as test cells for the different 2d protocols, and test cells for the 3d aggregating part. once that part clear, we have a "scafold" and it should be tested on 3 people at-least .

In vitro, various markers can be tested like versican, lef1 and alp, if these values hit the same values as freshly isolated cells, after aggregating, than things should look good in vivo as well . that is my first priority now to fine tune the culture process.

Are you not worried about things going wildly out of control and developing into some kind of cancer or something?

It is a very good question. despite the reading (mesenchymal cells, from the dp/ds) have not shown any cancerous activity even after 30 or 90 passages regarding some of my studies. so even after long term culture, there where no mutations. aderans and replical are culturing dermal cells already, and have passed the first safety trials.

regarding the passages, there is no more need to go beyond 6 passages, which is under the tested 30-90 passages tested in the studies.

I'm now not talking about any other type of stem cells, just the Mesenchymal dermal cells.

Still there is no guarantee I think. so many people now days develop such diseases..

                          Totally funny!

First poster's say, " why can't we do this stuff faster"?

Then they say, "if it were me, I would say F*** the FDA and just go to a different country for a cure!"

Then, some fellow peers go to a different country to test some theories and now they say, "This is all bullsh**!"

Why don't we wait and see, instead of coming to conclusions and making accusations?

What are you flapping your gums about? You wanna quote someone, you should pick a poster that flip flops.

What is it that makes you against someone hoping for the best from doctors and patients taking shortcuts via, more or less, experiments?
