But overall, it should be doable, some have said Hasson and Wong are offering a topical fin, never asked them about it.

If you're serious about making this, you should study the patents for topical fin. www.google.com/patents. Nobody will give you instructions, you will need to figure it out step by step. But it should not be too hard, there are papers published that discuss topical fin. Your job is to come up with a vehicle that suffices, as fin is readily available.
