I can't see how you can stop the cells from going on their own path, so it will be impossible to get the hairline right.....maybe that will mean getting the hairline transplanted and the rest done by injection ?

I would like to know that as well.

Hate to be the pessimist here, but what is all this dr nigam frenzy about?? Is there one iota of evidence that shows any substantial results? If the top hair researchers in the world at follica, anderans, etc. can't figure it out yet, what does dr nigam have that they don't? Better training? Hard to believe. I appreciate his passion, but I can't help but remain strongly skeptical, as there is absolutely no hard EVIDENCE to suggest otherwise

the difference is that nigam is not bound to any company and is not trying to go through the FDA with a product. i think advanced treatments already exist but are trapped in US clinical phases. nigam bypasses all this crap, so we're hopefully just getting what "they" have even quicker. this means we will know what to expect with these other treatments. hence the excitement.

Boldy's visit is also a boon for me..and my lab..
He brings with him..new improved protocols..specially regards 3d spheroidal aggregated culture methods,in a shorter time,

He is more sure than me, regards neofollicle growth..
as i will be excited only after physically seeing the new follicles grow.....

I am sure results will definitely improve..but by what percentage...is what we will come to know in coming months...

He will be there in mumbai for 30 days..hopefully ,i will post pics of aggregated 3d dermal papilla created in the lab...

I discussed with boldy..that, i would like to take DP aggregate.. further to creation of microfollicle in lab and implantation into the scalp.

Sorry for the late update guys,

I'm I'm very occupied here, and since I'm for a limited time in Mumbai, I have to make priorities.


In short:

-My cells are in culture in different protocols (check page 85 for more info).
Tomorrow, we will check the cell growth of, and make possible adjustments to the medium.

-Probably within 3 weeks, we will try to create neofolcile in vitro (just for fun )...

The inverted scope has ability to take pictures, so I will arrange some if you guys want.


This week I will also do some touring in Mumbai, to see the beautiful places..
