Sorry, but everything rather looks like activated photoshop.

When I click into this photo to enlarge the photo - it's completely USELESS because there is absolutely NOTHING to see in detail (after photo) ...

...and the left photo (before photo), I can see a completely normal hair/graft structure which is just shaved very short. And always the typical same old shit:
The before photos are very very bright (the patient should look so very very poor and bald) and the after photos are very very dark in comparison to influence the biggest idiots.

Anyway, compare Nigam's shit photos with one of the photos I took with a CHEAP digital camera and posted recently (6-month "result"/update - 1400 HST grafts, whole front area, hairline etc):

after that we can shave their donor..

I have made up my mind, I am going to have a procedure done with Nigam, however I have the money for the procedure I just need a few more months to save up enouught for flights to and from UK and possible time of work.

So I hate to hijack this thread yet again, but can I ask a simple question to IM, GC, Arashi, and everyone else who had HST with Dr. Gho.

If you shaved your hair down to the nub in the recipient area, would you be able to tell clearly where the line was between the old hairs and the new transplanted hairs?

I'm not trying to start a flame war. I'm just asking so I have a point of reference to compare Tom's results against.

Hi mate, in a nutshell yes! However that is only because the hairs were placed in a slick area, whereas most people already have some hair in the recipient area.

As the density increases with further procedures this shouldn't be a problem for me.

To Joely, I'm sure if you told Dr Nigam that you would be willing to shave your head before and after the procedure in order to help Dr Nigam prove his regrowth etc, then he would also pay for you flights and give the procedure completely free.

If your not into shaving your head (albeit temporarily) then I totally get that.

Id rather not shave my head but i will, would save me money on concealer for one thing I suppose
