Dr. Nigam, the hair must be the same length in both photographs.
This is basic.

Dr Nigam if you can persuade one of your clients to have a comparable hair cut to their respective 'before photo' then it will be very interesting to see.

I actually saw his photo (he posted them but they're only visible to the people in his friends list). It looked quite good to me. Not sure what he expected with 800 grafts. I asked him what was wrong, he said that the HST grafts started to grow WAY later than with his FUE, I think he said after 6 months. But that's what HASCI always stated, that HST grafts will start to grow later and mostly will start growing about month 5/6 (though a lot of people including me report regrowth to start after 2 months already). He also stated that regrowth started with very thin hairs, like spider rag. But that's ALWAYS how regrowth manifests itself in the beginning. These hairs then get thicker to normal thickness over time.
I think a lot of people here, including you, don't like HASCI, not because of their results, but because IronMan is their fanboy and everybody hates that guy, for obvious reasons. But to start bashing Gho because of IronMan, that just doesn't make much sense.
And also, Oppenheimer, your report about The Dutch being wealthy and easily being able to afford a HST is not true. Holland is one of the most socialistic countries in the world and therefore poor by definition. Well of course not really poor, but people are just not rich because of the steep income tax. Most there just simply can't cough up 10k USD for a transplant, especially not the people in their 20's & early 30's. That's why these Turkish clinics are so extremely popular on the Dutch forum (seems like at least 75% of the people go to Turkey, or at least you get that impression by the number of threads regarding Turkish clinics)
