So what are you waiting for?

Can you please tell all the btt users in simple words why you don't get a something procedure done by Nigam for a fraction of money?

Are there any links where we can see Gho's results? Before/After top/down etc?

I'm expecting a snarky reply from IM, but if anybody has any links, that would be nice....I've never seen Gho results posted.

        Iron man
I said the next 6-12 will be very interesting in the field of hair transplant, no need to rush into it, Dr nigam will not disappear, it is a waiting game

Are you gonna purchase your next HST or you gonna listen to my advice and put it on hold till we get conclusive evidence that doubling is working as claimed?

Btw how is HST growing so far, its been a while since you gave us an update.

That indicates that you consider your post - as ridiculous as it is.

This one of the best known cases dr gho worked on..5100+..the highest number of grafts we have seen from gho clinic.
took almost 3 years and 3 procedures and he his donor come to an end.

                  This couldn't be more true.

I've been saving all my money since January for a procedure with Dr. Gho and I'm almost there for a 1,600 graft cost. But seeing how Dr. Nigams is not only much cheaper, I'd also benefit from way more grafts and get a ton more density apart from just fixing the hairline. One procedure from Nigam would cure me for much less the costs (and I'd rather see India than England as well) where as Gho would create a major dent in my wallet, cut into my savings and I'd still have some density problems overall.

I really want hair but am now kind of torn. However, seeing that I only need about 1,600 grafts to fix the hairline, even an FUE procedure now wouldn't be out of the question considering I'd still have plenty of donor hair left for HST or Dr. Nigam with regeneration.

the difference in number of grafts is ridiculous

Yup. 1,600 versus nearly 1,600 grafts (doubled comes out 3,200)

                      or

                      4,000 hairs versus 8,000 hairs.

                      Huge difference.

                      Bump up the number of grafts to match Gho's pricing and the difference becomes so large that it makes Gho's work seem completely irrelevent. Lets say Dr. Nigam's is half the price, then;

                      4,000 hairs vs. 16,000 hairs.

                      Insane.

So everything seems to be in oooder - and I still don't get it:

You guys can get Nigam's something procedure "for a fraction or money" and it can give you "much more density" and etc etc etc - but these losers still don't buy it. Unbelievable ...

Dr nigam does 5000 in one pass, plus price is much much cheaper

We are all optimistic about this, I have just spoken to one of local FUE doctors in my area and I can tell you he is watching Nigams doubling with interest.
As I have said, waiting 6-12 months more will not hurt.

if it works it will be the best thing since sliced bread,

Don't listen to IM, he will be Ghos patient for the next 10 years but its safe to say that his donor and wallet wont last that long

The key point which you conveniently ignored to suit your agenda is the fact that we mentioned the waiting time to see how things pan out and then make a wise decision. Nobody has said anything about conclusive results and going forward with the procedure.

Pick your battles dude. While your knowledge of hair and follicles is amazing, your semantics and social skills are severely lacking.
