why isnt hst a standar?(from what i see recipient and donor get normal fully working thick hairs we dont have that much time . awaiting all these updates and things.
That one looks great but there are a lot great pictures out there. Always keep in mind that a picture might not really give you the whole story. Like in this example, you clearly see that his head doesn't get much light, let alone a lamp/flash being directed at his hair. Lighting can make a guy with very thin hair look like he's good thick coverage. If you don't believe me, shoot some pictures yourself of your hair with different lighting.
Next a lot of clinics use some sort of concealer, like Toppik, for their after photo's. In this example you can also clearly see the difference in hair structure. In the before photo this guy has dry hair, in the after photo he's clearly put something into it.
And then of course: how's his donor doing after these transplant ?
That's reaching man. As a user of Toppik, that sh*t changes your hair texture for the worse, it doesn't make it shiny like the guy has in the after picture, it makes it dried looking. My hair is dried just like his in the before pictures, and it is actually pretty shiny if I let it grow.

Just gave Toppik as an example of concealer. There are several different brands and types out there. Not 100% sure he's evening using one BUT it is sure that he has dry hair in his before photo and SOMETHING in his hair in his after photo. This you see quite often in before-after photo's.
